March week 3
Well, I lent my scale out, so I have NO clue how I'm doing right now in this challenge and how close I'm going to be to making my goal for this week, and its kinda driving me nuts! I know it's better to only weigh once a week, but I had gotten into a habit of weighing every other day or so, and its felt very weird to not weigh in for nearly a week. I think I do better at sticking with it when I weigh in more often... I've had a really hard time the last 4 days, because I've had temptation foods around all the time, and I was spending some time with a friends family that was in town, so my meals were not as regular as I'm used to, so I wasnt getting enough calories, and some of those calories were not great choices, and then evenings were way hard because I hadn't ate enough and then wanted to eat everything in sight! That should calm down now, so I plan on finishing this month out strong, and will just keep doing the same thing next month, even though I won't have a competition goal, I still have an overall goal I want to meet by end of May, and its going to be tough but I still think I can make it, I just have to stay focused. I'm working full time, swing shift, and burning more calories now that I'm active more (its a desk job, but its opening and sorting mail, and I stand for part of it, so it was better for my calorie burn than the normal computer stuff I would do at a desk usually). I'm really hoping this job and extra activity will just help me along even more on this weight loss goal.

i'm really proud of how well you're doing this month! you amaze me sometimes you know that? Keep working hard and you're going to be just a shadow of your old fat self. :0) Your progress is amazing... can't believe the difference i felt during your massage today. LOVE IT BABY!!!
