March week 2

Well, another week has passed, I've been active all week, but have been struggling with cravings in a fierce manner this week! have still ate most of my meals on menu, but have cheated on something, had something I shouldn't have pretty much every day of the last week, and had 2 days where i didn't really eat good all day. When I sat down and looked at my burn and what I ate, I still was able to cover the calories both days, but didn't really have a deficit and didn't eat good foods for those calories. This week, I'm getting back on track, eating my 2nd meal today that is perfectly on menu, already went bowling (3 games) and played a round of frisbee golf, so I should have a good burn day today, and I intend to stay on menu all day today. I also need to make sure I drink lots of water today, have had a few days where I did great and a few days where I drank almost no water... definitely need to work on that this week, get more consistent! Will be going back to work on Tuesday, so that should help, getting back into a routine and not being home all the time, will probably add some snacking challenges (darn vending machines), but I think I can handle it. Still have a goal to meet this month, and I'm on track for it, but want to make sure I meet or exceed it, so I gotta get focused again.

It's good you admit you aren't perfect but can learn and move on. Sounds like you are pretty active and hopefully the weather holds.

We all struggle. Some cheating is to be expected. So what you can when you can and keep up the fabulous work.
