Another week
Well, another week has passed... Don't feel like I'm getting any skinnier, but I have finally started showing some losses on the scale... tomorrow morning will be my official weekly weigh in, so we'll see what it says! I was a hormonal mess and was up last week from the week before, so should show a loss this week, but we'll see how it goes! I've been doing really good on my diet, was looking through my bodybugg program, and I haven't had any alcohol in a month now (and even then it was only 2 drinks when I went out with friends, so I was doing really good!), and since the 21st I was perfectly on menu except for 2 days. I went out to eat with my best friend for my birthday two weeks ago (but I made sure I burned enough calories to cover the meal that day), and then yesterday, I took a whole day off my menu. I tried not to go totally crazy, but I did splurge on several little things that I haven't had in a long time, including a couple pieces of easter candy (yay chocolate!), and some life cereal (I love cereal and milk, but my body does NOT appreciate it!). and I went out for a burger and pancakes, and it was amazing! but today, back on track, eating on menu, met my deficit goal, and I'm right back on track and on the run. Have to say, I did notice that I've had very little energy today, and pretty sure that's because of the crap I ate yesterday, so hopefully tomorrow will be back to normal, and I will keep that in mind so that next time I will make sure I don't go too crazy and regret it the next day.

The problem with diets is if you don't allow yourself an occational treat or meal you are craving you don't tend to stay on plan the rest of the weeks.
Don't beat yourself up over this. It's good you acknowledged you did this... you admitted to what you ate and now you are back on track.
