the weeks are flying by!

I feel like i havent made much progress in the last week... havent lost any pounds, and am still up a pound from the last weigh in (think that had something to do with over 2 weeks of that time of the month, no fun, but hopefully that other pound will drop with a few extras over the next week!). I had a great moment this morning, I have this beautiful blue satiny shirt that I bought a few years ago, and havent worn it in ages because it was too tight (it was pretty fitted when I bought it even, and its never been loose on me!). I havent tried it on in about 2 months, cuz even then it was still a little snug and the buttons pulled... put it on today and its a little baggy EVERYWHERE! from boobs to belly to arms, all the places it pulled too tight before, its now roomy, and it wont be long until its too big! I'll have to wear it a bunch of times in the next couple weeks to get my use out of it before i pass it on with the rest of my clothes that are too big! Guess I'm going to have to pull out a few more of those shirts in my closet that I've been saving cuz I didnt think they would fit, and wear them before I shrink right past them! not that thats a bad thing! LOL

I think my goal for this week needs to be about water again... I've been slacking on this front, and havent made my goal for water intake in about 2 weeks now! but I'm gonna jump back in with both feet! I've been working on the posture challenge this week, I have the hunchback problem too! still not doing great with it, but definitely more aware of my slouching, and making a more concerted effort to remember 'boobs up and out' :)

Good job girl! I am hoping to soon fit into the extra wardrobe that is hanging in my closet hahaha. I think we all have that! But no more excuses for me, this time I'm working on not only my body but my mind and soul! It's great to have you guys as inspirations to work hard.
